RGC 2027 · THE COUNCILS

WHICH ROOM WILL YOU HELP SHAPE?

Twelve councils. Twelve different perspectives on extraordinary wealth.

Each room will bring together advisors and experts with firsthand experience to examine what exceptional advisory actually requires — from earning the introduction to sustaining the relationship for decades.

Your council is not simply a breakout session.
It is where you will contribute.

DIFFERENT CLIENTS. THE SAME SEVEN QUESTIONS.

Every council will work through the same framework.

  1. 01WHO ARE THEY REALLY?
  2. 02WHAT ARE THEY DECIDING?
  3. 03HOW DO YOU REACH THEM?
  4. 04HOW DO YOU CONVENE THEM?
  5. 05HOW DO YOU SERVE THEM?
  6. 06HOW DO YOU KEEP THEM?
  7. 07WHAT DISQUALIFIES AN ADVISOR ALTOGETHER?

AND EVERY COUNCIL ENDS HERE.

What is the one thing you know about this cohort that you have never heard another advisor say out loud?

RGC 2027

THE TWELVE COUNCILS

01

FOUNDERS & OPERATORS

The builder who has not yet sold. Wealth on paper, identity in the company, and a property decision they keep deferring.

Sample questions

  • What is the behavioral difference between a founder worth $50 million on paper and one worth $50 million liquid?
  • What room does a founder say yes to when they say no to everything?
  • What does an advisor do that a founder never forgives?

This council may be for you if…

You have meaningful experience working with founders, entrepreneurs, executives, liquidity events or the professional teams surrounding them.

02

THE LIQUIDITY MOMENT

The first 90 days after the wire clears. No infrastructure, no precedent, and a decision velocity nobody prepared them for.

Sample questions

  • What actually changes in a person during the first 90 days — and what does not?
  • What room can they be in without feeling sold to?
  • What does an advisor do in the first 90 days that permanently disqualifies them?

This council may be for you if…

You have advised clients through an exit, inheritance, sudden liquidity or another significant wealth transition.

03

LEGACY FAMILIES

Wealth that predates everyone in the room. Governance, the family council, and the property that is not an asset.

Sample questions

  • Who actually decides in a family like this — and is it the person you have been talking to?
  • How do you get introduced into a hundred-year conversation?
  • What is the unforgivable breach of discretion, and how small can it be?
04

THE INHERITORS

The people receiving extraordinary wealth — and reconsidering the relationships that came with it.

Sample questions

  • Who are they, separate from the wealth?
  • What do they want to be asked that nobody asks them?
  • When is the decision to leave an inherited advisor actually made?
05

INSIDE THE FAMILY OFFICE

The structure behind the family, the people who actually hold the decision, and how an advisor earns a place on the bench.

Sample questions

  • Who inside the office actually holds the real estate decision?
  • How does an advisor get onto the bench in the first place?
  • What does it take to be the first call rather than one of three?
06

THE PROFESSIONAL WEALTH TEAM

Wealth managers, estate and private-client attorneys, and tax strategists. The gatekeepers and advisors are at the same table.

Sample questions

  • How does a real estate advisor earn a place in that conversation at all?
  • What actually gets you introduced by an attorney?
  • What makes an attorney refer a second time?
07

THE GLOBAL CITIZEN

Wealth crossing borders. Residency, domicile, schooling, property and the relationships that must move with the client.

Sample questions

  • What is the actual sequence — domicile, residency, schooling, house — and where does property sit within it?
  • Who are the gates?
  • How does a relationship survive the client moving out of your market permanently?
08

PUBLIC FIGURES

Athletes, entertainers and creators. Visible wealth, compressed timelines and privacy as the service.

Sample questions

  • Who is the actual client: the principal or the business manager?
  • What environment is genuinely safe for them?
  • What breach cannot be recovered from?
09

STEWARDS & PHILANTHROPISTS

Land, conservation, ranching, foundations and capital deployed for something other than return.

Sample questions

  • What distinguishes a steward from an owner?
  • What is not for sale at any price?
  • What builds a relationship measured in decades rather than deals?
10

THE INNER CIRCLE

Chiefs of staff, estate managers, executive assistants and personal assistants. The people who decide whose call gets through.

Sample questions

  • What authority do they hold that is never written down?
  • How do you earn their trust rather than route around them?
  • What does going around them actually cost?
11

THE HOUSE OF LUXURY

Interior design, architecture, construction and luxury-brand professionals surrounding the home.

Sample questions

  • How does an advisor become useful to a designer rather than a competitor for the client’s attention?
  • What does a good handoff look like in both directions?
  • What makes this a channel rather than a series of one-off relationships?
12

DEVELOPERS & BRANDED RESIDENCES

Where a borderless life chooses to live, and who builds it. Pre-market placement, residential brand equity and the long-term operating system rather than simply the bedroom count.

Sample questions

  • What is the buyer actually choosing: the building, brand, service or operating system?
  • What does a developer want from a room of advisors?
  • What does a developer need from an advisor beyond a buyer?

WHICH ROOM IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

DON’T SIMPLY CHOOSE WHAT YOU KNOW.

Your council should sit at the intersection of what you can contribute and what you want to understand better.

WHERE HAVE YOU LIVED IT?

Which client relationships, decisions or situations have taught you something worth sharing?

WHERE ARE YOU CURIOUS?

Which world would deepen your understanding of the clients you serve today — or the clients you want to serve tomorrow?

WHERE CAN YOU CONTRIBUTE?

Which conversation becomes better because your perspective is at the table?

The best council may not be the one that most closely resembles your business.
