Registration includes evening events, breakfast, and lunch each day, transportation to and from the evening events and access to the conference sessions. Registration does not include airport transportation, accommodations and room expenses at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort.

RGC ticket purchases are nonrefundable and nontransferable. A credit toward a future REALM event may be issued if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date. No credits will be granted for requests made within 90 days of the event, regardless of the purchase date. This policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to illness, unforeseen personal or professional events, changes to the conference schedule, presenters, or programming, acts of God, travel disruptions, or other events beyond the reasonable control of REALM. If you are unable to attend, please notify us at concierge@realm-global.com.

Teammates and business partners will need to book the full registration ticket for RGC 2025. The social ticket is only for spouses and family members that would like to join for the evening social events and to take advantage of the Breakers facilities.

Yes. The registration for RGC is for the full event. If you need to arrive late or leave early, there will be no discounting of the ticket price.

Yes! This is the largest event on the REALM Calendar for the year. Members will arrive early and leave late in order to connect and network with their peers in this beautiful setting. The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort room block accommodates these early and late requests.

We will release our comprehensive outfit inspiration style guide online closer to the event to help you curate your look for the evening gatherings. The guide is designed to be fun and purely for inspiration—feel free to wear whatever you’d like!
