REGISTRATION DETAILS

Registration for RGC includes evening events, breakfast and lunch each day, and access to all conference sessions. It does not include transportation, lodging, or room expenses. After your registration is complete, you will be directed to book accommodations at The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess with REALM Room Block pricing. Space is limited.

 

REALM ACCOUNT CREDITS

REALM Account Credits may be applied at checkout using your unique “discount code”. No other promotional codes are accepted. If credits cover 100% of the registration cost, a $1.00 processing fee will apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

RGC ticket purchases are nonrefundable and nontransferable. A credit toward a future REALM event may be issued if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
No credits will be issued for requests made within 90 days of the event, regardless of purchase date. This policy applies to all circumstances, including illness, changes to the event schedule, presenter lineup, travel disruptions, or other events beyond REALM’s control.

REALM may share registration information with REALM Members, event sponsors and strategic partners. For more information, please see our privacy policy.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

If an event beyond REALM’s reasonable control occurs that in REALM’s sole discretion would make conducting the conference impracticable, illegal, or impossible (including, but not limited to, an act of God, war, strike or labor disturbance, terrorist attack, extreme weather event, curtailment of transportation or travel either in the event city or in the countries/states of origin of the attendees or epidemic, pandemic or any consequence thereof), REALM may postpone or cancel the event. The sole and exclusive remedy for such postponement/cancellation by REALM shall be the offer of a credit for a future event in the amount of the paid registration fee.
