This year, as we gather at REALM Global Collective 2026, we unite in support of Baller Dream Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting children and young adults battling cancer by providing emotional and financial support through treatment, remission, and beyond.

Our members don’t just serve high-net-worth clients. We are deeply committed to strengthening the communities we are privileged to work in and represent.

Nolan

Meet Nolan

On June 25, 2019, what began as a family vacation from Phoenix to San Diego quickly became life-changing when Nolan fell ill and was diagnosed with leukemia. Treatment began immediately, first in San Diego and then at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Nolan faced his diagnosis with extraordinary courage, supported by his family and his girlfriend, Lexi. After completing treatment and ringing the bell in 2020, Nolan later faced a relapse—and once again beat cancer. Today, he is cancer-free, filled with gratitude, and looking forward to marrying his loving and supportive fiancée, Lexi. As Nolan regained his health, he pursued his dream of completing his final two years at Grand Canyon University and beginning a career in real estate.

That dream was championed by his sponsor, Monica Monson, the Founder, CEO, and Designated Broker of The Noble Agency, a boutique real estate firm known for excellence in luxury home marketing and sales in Arizona. Inspired by Nolan’s resilience and determination, Monica stepped forward to mentor him, offering hands-on guidance and industry insight as he began his real estate journey. Her commitment turned a season of survival into one of opportunity, showing how one sponsor’s belief can help change the course of a young survivor’s future.

Why Baller Dream Foundation?

Cancer is a battle no family should fight alone. Baller Dream Foundation stands with brave young warriors whom they lovingly call “Ballers” and their families, offering support that helps sustain hope, dignity, and connection throughout the cancer journey.

Through financial assistance that can help with gas and grocery cards, rental support, bill relief, and other day-to-day needs, as well as dream gifts, in-hospital programming, and community events, Baller Dream creates uplifting experiences and real relief when it’s needed most.
